Upper back mobilisation
The upper back is an area that can easily become stiff and sore. For many of us, a combination of too much sitting plus a focus on exercises that bring the shoulders forward can lead to a build up of tension and pain between the shoulder blades.
As always, if the pain is persistent, severe, or limiting your activities then we’d recommend getting a full assessment from a sports injury professional to rule out anything more serious. For everyday niggles, on the other hand, this is a great exercise that can leave you feeling freer and more mobile.
